Jennissen v Bloomington Supreme Court Hearing
As many of you may be aware, the Minnesota Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments in another voter rights case arising out of the organized collection of trash in Bloomington. This case is Jennissen v City of Bloomington, Appellate Court File A17-0221. Our attorney Greg Joseph is also representing the citizen petitioners in Jennissen.
Although the issues on appeal in Jennissen (scroll down to June 12) are different from the issues presented in our case of Clark, et al v City of St. Paul, et al, you may find the oral arguments to be of interest. This appellate court hearing is open to the public and will take place:
Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 9:00 am.
at
Minnesota Judicial Center, Courtroom 300 (3rd Floor)
25 Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd
St. Paul, MN 55155
Anyone wishing to attend in person, can find directions to the Judicial Center, as well as Rules of Decorum governing acceptable behavior in the courtroom on the Minnesota appellate court website.
In addition, the oral arguments are streamed live and recorded for anyone wishing to view them via the internet.
