Petitions for referendum on the City Council’s increased penalty power Ord 19-18 are  available for signing at the following locations:

• Every Day from 11:00 am until closing at 1:00 am
  The Tin Cup’s Bar & Restaurant
  (Ask the Bartender)
  1220 Rice Street (Rice & Maryland)
  St. Paul, MN  55117

 

• Saturday, May 4, 2019, 10 am to 12 pm noon
  Arlington Hills Community Center
  1200 Payne Ave
  St. Paul, MN  55130
